These Terms of Service govern your use of https://justherselah.com and purchases from Just Her Selah, operated by Just Her Selah. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your location and provide accurate, current information. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; or attempt unauthorized access.

Products pricing and orders

Product descriptions, images, availability, pricing, and promotions may change without notice. We try to present information accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and cancel or limit an order before fulfillment, including for suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, inventory problems, geographic restrictions, or policy violations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, customs, and other charges are displayed or assessed as required. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

Digital content and intellectual property

The site and its content—including text, devotionals, prompts, artwork, graphics, photographs, branding, downloads, and design—are owned by or licensed to Just Her Selah and protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchases do not transfer ownership. Digital products are licensed under the Digital Product and Download Policy.

Third-party services and fulfillment

The store may rely on Shopify and other providers for hosting, payments, analytics, shipping, dropshipping, fulfillment, and communications. Third-party services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful and lawful. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular spiritual, emotional, financial, health, or personal outcome. The separate Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Her Selah and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Just Her Selah harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law disputes and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by written notice to justherselah@outlook.com. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes and contact
