Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically and are covered by the Digital Product Policy.
Order processing
Physical orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. During launches, holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If a product has a different processing time, the product page controls.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after shipment unless a different estimate appears on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Some products may ship separately or directly from third-party fulfillment partners. Multiple packages may arrive on different days.
Shipping charges tracking and address accuracy
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or telephone number provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact justherselah@outlook.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Delays and unavailable products
We aim to ship within the time stated at checkout or on the product page. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with available options, which may include consenting to a revised delivery date or receiving a prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Lost stolen or delivered packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us within 7 days so we can help initiate an inquiry. We do not guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered, but we will review the circumstances and applicable carrier or supplier procedures.
International orders
International shipping is available only when shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery. Some products cannot be shipped to every country.

Digital Product and Download Policy

This policy applies to all digital content sold or provided by Just Her Selah, including devotionals, planners, reflection pages, journals, prompts, cards, wallpapers, templates, audio, and bundled files.
Delivery and access
After payment is confirmed, download instructions are provided on the order confirmation page, by email, or through the customer account. The customer is responsible for entering a valid email address and maintaining access to it. Check spam, promotions, and junk folders before requesting assistance.
Personal use license
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants one purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license for personal use. You may download the file to your personal devices and print reasonable copies for your own use.
Prohibited uses
Reselling, redistributing, sharing, sublicensing, uploading, or giving away any file or access link.
Using the product for commercial workshops, paid groups, client work, memberships, courses, or church distribution without written permission or a separate license.
Removing branding or copyright notices, claiming authorship, or using the content to create a competing product.
Posting full pages or substantial portions online, including on social media, file-sharing sites, or artificial-intelligence training datasets.
Technology and printing
Customers are responsible for compatible hardware, software, internet access, storage, and printing. Colors may differ by monitor, device, paper, ink, and printer settings. Unless specifically advertised, files are not guaranteed to be fillable, editable, hyperlinked, compatible with a particular note-taking application, or suitable for professional printing.
