Thank you for shopping with Just Her Selah. This policy explains returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and digital purchases. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Digital products
Digital downloads, including devotionals, planners, journals, reflection pages, templates, wallpapers, audio files, and similar downloadable products, are generally final sale once the download link or file has been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, device incompatibility, printing preferences, or a failure to read the product description.
If you receive the wrong file, cannot access the download because of a technical problem on our side, or receive a corrupted file, contact justherselah@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description or screenshot of the issue. We will first attempt to replace or restore access to the file. If we cannot provide the purchased product, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
Physical products
To request a return, email justherselah@outlook.com within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Do not send any product to the manufacturer, supplier, or a return address without written authorization from us.
Items that cannot be returned
Digital products after delivery, except as described above.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
Opened personal-care, hygiene, wellness, or intimate-use products.
Gift cards and sale or clearance items marked final sale.
Items damaged through misuse, ordinary wear, improper care, or unauthorized modification.
Damaged incorrect or missing items
Inspect your order promptly. Contact justherselah@outlook.com within 7 days after delivery if an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the claim. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
Return shipping and refunds
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for authorized return shipping and any related costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using trackable shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Shipping delays by a financial institution are outside our control.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after a physical order has entered fulfillment or after a digital download has been delivered. If we approve a cancellation before fulfillment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order processing
Physical orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. During launches, holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If a product has a different processing time, the product page controls.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after shipment unless a different estimate appears on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Some products may ship separately or directly from third-party fulfillment partners. Multiple packages may arrive on different days.
Shipping charges tracking and address accuracy
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or telephone number provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact justherselah@outlook.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Delays and unavailable products
We aim to ship within the time stated at checkout or on the product page. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with available options, which may include consenting to a revised delivery date or receiving a prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise.
Lost stolen or delivered packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us within 7 days so we can help initiate an inquiry. We do not guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered, but we will review the circumstances and applicable carrier or supplier procedures.
International orders

Personal use license
